“That brings us to Nic Hamel whose Mr. Collins, swinging effortlessly between obsequiousness and smarm, is the audience favorite.”

Baton Rouge Advocate on Pride and Prejudice at Swine Palace Theatre

“Nicholas Hamel plays the much put-upon agent and potential husband Herbie with an anxious, then weary grace.”

Tulsa World on Gypsy produced by Phoenix Productions

“Rose is well-matched by her longtime lover and producer, Herbie (played by Nicholas Hamel). His earnest and believable portrait of a sadly lovestruck man swept into Mama Rose’s destructive schemes provides a heartfelt, welcome contrast to the wild pageantry and brassy theatricality of Rose and her children.”
